Jennifer is devoted to reducing barriers to healthcare access and improving patient outcomes. She supports employers in navigating the complexities of health insurance and employee benefit plans.
She is motivated to improve access to healthcare services and the efficacy of each interaction. She believes a well-designed health plan won’t be a burden to employers, but rather an asset that enhances their employees’ ability to tap into the resources they need, when they need it. Her expertise is based on eight years of healthcare industry experience and two North Carolina health insurance licenses. Her previous roles include Medical Credentialing Specialist and Medicare Advantage Program Manager.
Jennifer earned her M.B.A. from Saint Leo University. Originally from Florida, she and her husband moved to Asheville in 2015. In her free time, she enjoys time in the garden and relaxing with her husband, Eric, and dog, Millie.

Jonathan’s deep interest in healthcare access comes from his diverse career, including case management for at-risk, developmentally disabled populations, analytics for health system strategy and business development, and launching and managing commercial health insurance products. The team at Mission Employer Solutions relies on Jonathan’s analytics and management expertise to transform complex data into actionable insights. Jonathan loves to drive these insights and opportunities from concept to reality.
Jonathan holds an M.B.A. from Western Carolina University and a B.F.A. from SUNY Purchase. Jonathan never stops: teamed with his wife and three kids, he is building a wicked home permaculture system, scanning the treetops for warblers, making mistakes on carpentry projects, baking confections, and brewing unusual (and occasionally unpleasant) beers.
